Lucie absolvovala v roce 2018 na pražské Akademii výtvarných umění v ateliéru Anny Daučíkové, Nová média II. Ve své práci často tematizuje prostor a orientaci v něm, ať se již jedná o interiéry či exteriéry. Důležitým tématem je pro ní také lidské tělo a otázka manipulace. Její tvorbu lze označit za multimediální, pracuje totiž s médiem performance, videem, instalací i kresbou. Spolu s Denisou Švachovou tvoří autorské duo TVARY věnující se pohybové performanci, a je také součástí ateliéru REAL na Praze 4.
Série kreseb, které Lucie vytvořila pro Artmat, vychází z jejího dlouhodobého zájmu o lidské tělo, jeho deformaci a dopady trvajícího vlivu externích činitelů na jeho formu. Kresby zároveň otevírají témata jako je vliv sedavého životního stylu, korporátní kultury a moci vůbec na lidské tělo a jeho správnou funkčnost. Právě tyto motivy v autorčině tvorbě v poslední době intenzivně rezonují - v roce 2021 se jim věnovala také na umělecké rezidenci a výstavě Sit v prostoru City Surfer Office.
Doležalová prezentovala své práce převážně na skupinových výstavách po České republice; v mezinárodním kontextu potom v belgickém Gentu. Zúčastnila se řady studijních (UMPRUM) a zahraničních stáží (Taipei, Londýn). V současné době se intenzivně zabývá chůzí a zkoumá možnosti pohybu jako spontánní kratochvíle.
Lucie graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague in 2018 at the atelier of Anna Daučíková from the New Media II study program. In her work, she often thematizes space and orientation in it, whether it is interiors or exteriors. Human body and the issue of manipulation are also important topics for her. Her work can be described as multimedia, as she works with the medium of performance, video, installation and drawing. Together with Denisa Švachová, she forms the authorial duo TVARY dedicated to movement performance, and is also part of the REAL atelier in Prague 4.
The series of drawings that Lucie created for Artmat is based on her long-term interest in the human body, its deformation and the effects of the ongoing influence of external factors on its form. At the same time, the drawings open up topics such as the influence of a sedentary lifestyle, corporate culture and power in general on the human body and its proper functioning. It is precisely these motives that have resonated intensively in the author’s work lately - in 2021 she also devoted herself to them at the art residence and the Sit exhibition in the City Surfer Office.
Doležalová presented her work mainly at group exhibitions in the Czech Republic; in the international context in Ghent, Belgium. She has participated in a number of study residences (UMPRUM) and internships abroad (Taipei, London). She is currently intensively involved in walking and is exploring the possibilities of movement as a spontaneous pastime.
