Jakub Bachorík
Jakub Bachorík je ilustrátor a výtvarník. Vystudoval Ateliér ilustrace a grafiky na UMPRUM v Praze. Ve své tvorbě se pohybuje mezi ilustrací, komiksem a volnou kresbou, přičemž často pracuje s imaginativními světy, prvky science fiction a specifickým smyslem pro detail i atmosféru. Spolupracuje s kulturními institucemi, médii i nakladatelstvími a vytváří ilustrace pro knihy, časopisy, plakáty či autorské projekty. Jeho práce se vyznačuje výrazným rukopisem, narativností a schopností propojit realitu s fantaskními motivy. V roce 2016 získal ocenění Grafika roku a v roce 2021 byl v nominacích na cenu Czech Grand Design.
Pro Artmat vytvořil ilustraci domu Molochov, vycházející z původního díla vytvořeného pro Galerie Molochov. Galerie se zaměřuje na prezentaci uměleckých děl inspirovaných obytným komplexem Molochov a jeho bezprostředním okolím.

Jakub Bachorík is an illustrator and visual artist. He graduated from the Studio of Illustration and Graphics at UMPRUM in Prague. In his work, he moves between illustration, comics, and freehand drawing, often exploring imaginative worlds, elements of science fiction, and a distinctive sense of detail and atmosphere. He collaborates with cultural institutions, media outlets, and publishing houses, creating illustrations for books, magazines, posters, and authorial projects. His work is characterized by a strong visual style, narrative quality, and the ability to connect reality with fantastical motifs. In 2016, he received the Grafika roku award, and in 2021 he was nominated for the Czech Grand Design award.
For Artmat, he created an illustration of the Molochov building, based on an original work produced for Galerie Molochov. The gallery focuses on presenting artworks inspired by the Molochov residential complex and its immediate surroundings.
