Dorota Šebková
Dorota Šebková aktuálně studuje v Ateliéru textilní tvorby na
pražské Vysoké škole Uměleckoprůmyslové, ale má za sebou
také studium v oboru Ilustrace a grafika na Fakultě designu a
umění Ladislava Sutnara.
Velkou inspirací jí jsou zážitky z cest, příroda, tajemství,
které skrývá a tvorové, kteří v ní žijí. Ráda se zabývá
symbiózou člověka a zvířat a tím, jak toto pouto prostupuje
časem. Další motiv, který ji inspiruje jsou ta zvířata, která žijí
uvnitř nás. Veškeré naše pocity a emoce, kterým se snaží dát
reálnou podobu tak, jak je sama vidí ve svých představách.
Ve své tvorbě se snaží nedržet se jedné techniky, ale
vyzkoušet si různé přístupy. Pro Artmat proto zvolila
techniku tisku filcem.
Vytvořila čtyři motivy v celkovém nákladu 100 kusů.
Jednotlivé kartičky fungují jako samostatný motiv,
zároveň ale, po složení všech čtyř kartiček vznikne jeden
celistvý výjev. Jednotlivé kartičky jsou v určitých místech
proděravěné. Součástí balíčku je kromě ilustrace také
bavlnka a jehla. Nový majitel kartičky si tak může kartičku
vlastnoručně dotvořit pomocí výšivky a vyšít si například
paprsky měsíčního svitu, dým z komínu, nebo plameny.

Dorota Šebková is currently studying at the Textile Design Studio at the Prague University of Applied Arts, but she did also study in the field of Illustration and Graphics at the Faculty of Design and art by Ladislav Sutnar.
She is greatly inspired by travel experiences, nature, secrets,
that it hides and the creatures that live in it. She likes to deal
the symbiosis of man and animals and how this bond permeates
over time. Another motive that inspires her are the animals that live inside us. All our feelings and emotions they try to give
real form as she herself sees them in her imagination.
In his work, he tries not to stick to one technique, but
try different approaches. That's why she chose Artmat
felt printing technique.
She created four motifs in a total run of 100 pieces.
Individual cards function as a separate motif, but at the same time, after folding all four cards, one is created overall picture. Individual cards are in certain places perforated. In addition to the illustration, the package also includes cotton and needle. The new card owner can thus get the card to complete with your own hands using embroidery and embroider, for example rays of moonlight, smoke from a chimney, or flames.
